We are conveniently open from 6:00 am until 6:30 pm Monday – Friday and we offer extended hours / drop off service from 6:00 PM until 11:00 PM Monday – Friday and 6:00 AM until 11:00 PM Saturday. We offer care for infants through twelve years old and can accommodate full and part time schedules. Our preschool program is designed for 2 ½ to 4 ½ year olds. It is a full three hours, two or three mornings a week and up to five mornings if desired. Our junior kindergarten and begindergarten morning and our afternoon enrichment programs are taught by certified teachers. This program is among the best in the area. We also offer transportation to and from Clarkston elementary schools as well as some schools outside of Clarkston as part of our latchkey program.

Everything is monitored at Planet Kids to ensure that your child is well taken care of and in a safe environment at all times. Our building is very secure. Each family is provided with their own access code into the building. A second coded door in the center provides additional safety as well. We use Procare software for signing your children in and out of school, as well as allowing you to monitor your account at all times.

Healthy snacks are provided for the children because the center believes that good nutrition should begin at a young age. We offer a hot lunch program each week through the Clarkston Community Schools. The cost is nominal and it gives families a small break in their busy schedules.
